Life Coaching

As a Certified Family Life Educator through the National Council on Family Relations, Sara has the skill set to help guide clients to meet their goals in a way that is the perfect balance between nurture and push. She is engaging, relevant and looking at different ways to help people add tools to their proverbial toolbox. She has also been trained in Mediation, Restorative Healing Circles and by Gallup in Strengths Coaching.

Youth Development

Her investment into Imagine U, as well as her 15 plus years experience in education, working with high- risk populations has more than prepared her for working with youth. She is high energy, funny & engaging. Young people love her energy.
